Positive: Realy confortable , well equiped
Negative: Communication for reservation is realy bad , i got 20 mail from the reservation plateforme to ask me to preregister and so on ... we know that they are no one to welcome us but the process to go insinde the building is drawn in the flow of mail you recieved .... we booked via booking and it was awfull communication .
Summary: Confort is good, just need Air conditionned. Pre register and acces awfull , choose an other place !

Positive: Recently opened location, so everything is new and very clean. Facilities ok: heating, kitchen facilities, bathroom, etc. Very friendly staff. Centrally located: - 3 minutes from the train station, trains are every 15 minutes, very quiet. There is no noise at all. - right next to the Mercado mall, where there is also a supermarket and food court. - shops and restaurants/ terraces in the area - 3 minutes from the city center and the park. - quality - price ratio 👍 I will come back anytime with pleasure.
Negative: Some sunshades would be needed on the terraces/balconies. But since the space is still being decorated, these will probably be installed as soon as possible. 😊

Positive: The location is convenient and close to a lot and enough shopping for any needs that might arise.
Negative: The building is new and no parking outside as of yet, parking garage wasn’t known to exist or access, no fast electrical car chargers nearby, refrigerator in room wasn’t on, and of don’t have app it can be a hassle going back and forth logging in and swiping to open doors if hands are full

Positive: Its new, very clean, everything is provided, digitalised where you can checkin/out, or open door bia mobile and has good good price also location.
Negative: Currently since it need1-2 weeks more to finish the construction fridge was not working or tv had no internet connection but not a big deal, i was sure that if i ask to front desk then it would be directly solved.
