Summary: The hotel is located in the heart of the North End above Bricco, one of our favorite restaurants in the North End. Nate greeted us warmly after a long day of travel and made sure we had everything we needed. The location allows you to walk to all! The room was spacious and clean and loved the dual head walk in shower!

Summary: Room was clean and well appointed. The windows did not appear to be sealed properly and you could hear wind rushing through and street noise from not being fully sealed. Towel rack was falling out of the wall as was the curtain rod in main room.

Summary: This was an interesting place. It is located atop a beautiful restaurant and the Bricco name has a fantastic history of serving Boston great food for years. The “hotel” experience was a unique one to say the least. Because of its location, there is no “front desk” - instead we checked in with the restaurant and the very kind staff member lead us down the street, down an alley, through a beautiful restaurant to a stair case where our room was. It wasn’t a big deal, just unique. Now, the room- it was spacious and clean, however the amenities were a little odd. We had a kitchenette with a stovetop but no pots/pans/plates, there was a fridge but it wasn’t on (unfortunately I couldn’t figure out how to get it plugged in or cooled down) and there was supposedly supposed to be a coffee maker but there wasn’t one. So it felt like kind of a waste of space and energy to have the kitchenette at all. The bathroom had a huge shower and was fantastic! The bathroom has virtually no counter space so we ended up using the kitchenette as a counter for our bathroom stuff. I have to mention that one night we left the key in the door accidentally. The area is safe and I wasn’t worried about anyone coming in but… the following morning when we went to leave we could not, we were locked in! I immediately knew it was because the key was in the door but the problem was there was no way to contact the “front desk” because there wasn’t one. I called the restaurants but it was early so we had to wait

Summary: Great stay in the heart of the city. Close to everything. Park car and forget for a few days. Staff fantastic and food as associated properties is 100%real deal. Suggest staying in the back building. Quiet and just fantastic. Thank you Bricco!

Summary: Location is perfect for any tourist ready to see the sites! It is a short walk to many freedom trail sites. We appreciated having a coffee shop right across the street for breakfast. The sandwhich shop next door was also nice to have. I can't say enough about the location. The rooms and beds were comfortable. We stayed in the 2 bedroom so we also had a nice sized living room with a restaurant style dining table. Housekeeping left us complimentary water bottles every day. Just keep in mind their notice that this building does not have elevators and you may end up going 3-4 flights of stairs to your room with your luggage. The stairway is difficult for the elderly and probably if you have small children and a stoller. Great location! But keep in mind your window might face a busy street which can be noisy for some. I didnt mind even the 1am garagabe trucks but some might. A kitchenette is provided along with a microwave and small frig for leftovers. Walking distance to TD garden! Walking distance to the aquarium. Short Lyft ride to Boston Common. Check in and check out process was easy.

Summary: Wow! What a wonderful place to stay! My husband and our fiends (another couple) stayed in a 2 bedroom suite. It was so spacious and clean for the 4 of us! Just be prepared for no elevator, thankfully our suite was 2 floors up so not a bad climb. The restaurant staff was super helpful in helping with the bags up the stairs. It is also so nice that we had water bottles delivered daily and left outside the door. The only complaint I have is that our suite was never cleaned even though we did not put out the do not disturb sign on the door. With 4 people, we had filled up the trash and used 2 other paper bags for trash that we left in the kitchen.
