Positive: The room is lovely, though fixtures and fittings becoming a bit tired, with a great view.
Negative: Last time we stayed, breakfast was included. This time it was an additional £18 a head. That’s a pricey breakfast for the area and wasn’t worth it. The cooked breakfast tasted like it had been reheated and wasn’t great value at all, though the staff were lovely!
Summary: We enjoyed our stay but found the experience overall not as enjoyable as last time. I doubt we will

Positive: Great location /view from our room. very friendly/helpful staff. Lovely table set up & breakfast in cafe. Good private locked car park. Good value for money.
Negative: Only minor thing/was a little bit of a wait to check in on arrival due to Cafe being very busy and it’s checking staff/staff the cafe. But staff good and acknowledged us.

Positive: the room was very clean and tidy the staff were very welcoming and helpfull with our bags on arrival and departure .It is situated in a great location right in front of the iron bridge and the food down stairs was lovely
Negative: only one thing to pick up the tv shelf may need a rethink

Positive: The welcome I had on my arrival had that personal touch to it everything was explained very well from the security of the place to the parking. The room was big with a welcome touch of cake and all the stuff in the fridge was for me to use if I wanted including Wine .breakfast was explained and the pre order which I can see why as it really is a busy place to eat . welcoming at breakfast from all staff who work hard and go above and beyond to ensure that everything is as it should .
Negative: unsure if the room was cleaned on Saturday but that could be down to them having a lot of people about ironbridge . the floor boards creaked a bit and you could here people in the rooms above moving around quite a bit .

Positive: The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly and the location was wonderful. Bridge View provided everything you need - hairdryer, iron, toiletries, kettle, fluffy towels etc as well as a great selections of hot drinks, water, mini bottles of wine, fresh milk, biscuits and cake. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom facilities were great. We really enjoyed sitting on the terrace to drink our wine.
