This unique villa, which sleeps 4, has a long balcony that runs along the front of the property, so each room has a stunning view over the lake and direct access to the terrace via attractive French windows.

There is a dining table which seats four and a brand new, open-plan kitchen, which is well-equipped with a cooker hob, oven, microwave, an American fridge, a dishwasher and a coffee machine.

The terrace leads onto a private garden, with an enchanting pergola, where guests can sit and enjoy the view, whilst dining al fresco. A flight of stone steps leads directly down to the water, where guests can swim.

Less than 1km north of the enchanting village of Brienno, this property is ideally placed for guests to explore the Lake Como region. Brienno manages to retain its Medieval charm, with narrow lanes and stone porticos. Brienno’s central piazza has some excellent restaurants and cafés. Brienno is part of the ferry network that allows visitors to explore the whole of Lake Como by boat, with stops at Bellaggio, Como and other beauty spots around the lake.

The covered market in Como (30 minutes) takes place every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday. Closer is the weekly market in Cernobbio (17 minutes) which happens every Wednesday.
