Casa Tres Vistas is a 3 bed, 3.5 bath luxury Mexican villa with pool, expansive terrace, lovely ocean views, & sleeps six guests. The house is located on Gringo Hill above Sayulita Plaza. The home is positioned to view the jungle to the south, sunsets to the west, ocean & town to the north. A 5-minute walk to the Plaza provides access to Sayulitas best restaurants and activities!
Casa Tres Vistas (House of the Three Views) is located on Gringo Hill above the Sayulita Plaza. The home is uniquely positioned to view the jungle to the south, sunsets to the west and ocean and town to the north. This beautiful property is completely enclosed and private from neighbors and the street. A five minute walk to the beach and town provides access to all of Sayulitas best restaurants and activities (although we do recommend renting a golf cart for your stay if you are not up for the partial uphill walk home). Casa Tres Vistas is the perfect oasis of tranquility and peace after a day of mixing with the locals and turistas.
Contemporary furniture combined with Mexican Artwork details the entire villa. Each of the three bedrooms have pillow-top mattresses, air conditioning, and ensuite bathrooms. The primary bedroom is on second level and looks down at the pool space from its own outdoor sitting area. The two main floor bedrooms are separated by the living and dining area. There is also a half bath conveniently located on the main floor.
The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped for those inspired to cook, private chefs are also a great option for a fun night in without the stress of cooking and cleaning! The water in the kitchen sink is filtered and safe for drinking and cooking.
From the living and dining room area, large iron doors open wide to the lovely pool terrace creating an exquisite spaciousness. Casa Tres Vistas is indoor-outdoor living at its best! The outdoor terrace features an outdoor grill and bar area, artistically designed outdoor shower, and a newly constructed palapa and dining area (2022). Put some fresh fish on the barbeque, take a dip in the pool, be refreshed by the warm evening breezes, and enjoy the gorgeous sunsets from this breathtaking spot….It is paradise!
In addition to Casa Tres Vistas, we own Casa Vista, located right next door. This home has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, pool and peeking ocean views. The homes can be rented separately, or together for larger groups.

Summary: We stayed here with two other couples and we absolutely loved the place. It is a very short walk to town. The walk to town is a steep hill (with some steps), but it honestly wasn’t too hard. The place has everything you need and the hosts were very responsive! We would definitely come back to this place.

Summary: Stayed here with my wife and daughter’s family. Tons of space to lounge and all three bedrooms were nice and spacious. The pool was nice although no shallow area for young children. one bonus was the property management people especially Bloyd who met us when we checked in and explained the house and gave all sorts of good advice for navigating Sayulita. Bravo!

Summary: The house was perfect for us. Starting with the private pool, outdoor kitchen, beautiful big dining table and stellar views of sea and neighborhoods below. We enjoyed all our breakfasts, and many of our dinners in the outdoor living space. On days when were weren't site seeing or at the beach, we were hanging out at the pool with cocktails in hand! The living room and dining rooms are lovely with views of the pool. The kitchen is very nice with plenty of counter space for 2-3 people to share in the cooking. Bedrooms were very nice.. The beds in each of the bedrooms were very comfortable ~ each with air conditioning and fans if needed. We stayed in the bedroom upstairs which had even more of a view! There are 3-1/2 baths - all of which have really nice showers. Sophia came every other day for house cleaning and our house manager, Carlos, was always available for any questions we had about restaurants, bars, beaches, sites in and around Sayulita AND when we locked ourselves out of the house! They were there in minutes. We've been home for over a week now, but I still find myself thinking about our Sayulita Home on the Hill. You'll love it!! We hope to come back for another stay.

Summary: This home felt like home the minute we stepped in - it's a glorious open air set up with multiple outdoor spaces - yet each room has a door, bathroom and air conditioner. The views are majestic. We felt like we were living in our own little paradise right above a vibrant city with access to hiking, snorkeling and surfing. Memorable week for us all.

Summary: Spent a long weekend relaxing with my adult niece. House has everything you need to cook enjoy pool relax and unplug. Proximity to the Lively town is a five to six minute walk down a set of stairs making staying in or going out seamless. Highly recommend if you want to relax and unplug with friends or family.

Summary: We loved our stay at Casa Tres Vistas! Carlos and team were extremely helpful before and during our stay. The property was well appointed and close to all the action of Sayulita. We are still talking about the sunsets and being able to see whales in the ocean from the deck. Gracias!

Summary: This is a beautiful home with a great view. Lovely rooms and peaceful feeling. The property manager is very helpful and easy to communicate with. I highly recommend it. The access to the town square in Sayulita is very close. It's a friendly area with great dining and drinks, and it's very pretty.
