Positive: Clean, and spacious. Fantastic location. Roof top pool and cooking area were amazing!!

Negative: Little loud a couple nights, but not that big of a deal. Needed a sheet pan for oven and knife sharpener.

Summary: Had an excellent time and was very comfortable. Will definitely be back to Sayulita and would definitely stay at this p

Positive: One of the highlights for us was the vibrant atmosphere. If you sat on the patio from about 9:30 p.m. until midnight, it truly felt like you were part of the nearby backpacker bar scene, enjoying live music every single night. For my boyfriend and me, this was a fantastic feature. We have two young children who went to bed earlier, and it allowed us to still feel connected to the energy and excitement of the area while relaxing on the patio. That said, if you prefer very quiet evenings without live music, street noise, scooters, and the general buzz of nightlife, this may not be the ideal fit. The lively atmosphere is definitely part of the experience here.

Negative: There were a few areas that could use improvement. We did not have hot water for the first three days due to a battery issue in the hot water tank. We were also briefly locked out when the batteries in the card-entry door lock died. While inconvenient, these issues were eventually addressed. The suite appeared generally clean at first glance; however, upon closer inspection (such as inside cupboards and drawers), there were some dusty areas and older kitchen items that could be decluttered or refreshed.

Summary: Overall, we had a great time and truly enjoyed the lively location and unique atmosphere.

Negative: The host was rude upon my checking. I had a hard time getting inside, misunderstood the instructions and he was not very understanding of the situation which started off on the wrong footing.
