Summary: Great location close to everything, including the bridge and a good, close hospital (flu).The Google TV was appreciated while we had to be inside due to rain. Good selection of pots and pans and utensils if you cook there.

Summary: Overall, the location is right across the street from downtown Melbourne. The neighborhood didn’t feel the safest, and you can tell the house was older and had quirks that come with an old house and the furniture/bedding wasn’t the most comfortable. But the property manager was very communicative, and it was a pleasure working with her. For a group of young adults, it was a good enough find and the location makes up for the quirkier parts of the house.

Summary: The property was great, a lot bigger than we thought, and had everything one would want during a short-term stay. The only issue I had was with the front porch. The composite wood material is a little slick and I slipped and fell down the stairs. There is no slip-guard on the steps, which could be extremely helpful. I highly recommend this rental for anyone; just be careful going down the porch stairs.
