Your vacation has officially begun as you walk into your home away from home. Entertain in style with a fully equipped gourmet kitchen, featuring Sub Zero appliances, new counter tops, and bar seating. The spacious open floor plan creates the perfect setting for the entire family to come together. Enjoy your meals indoors in the dining area, or outside on your private lanai, featuring a Viking BBQ.
The Primary bedroom features a King Bed, ensuite bathroom with walk in shower, elegant large soaking tub, walk in closet and dual vanity sinks. The second bedroom features a Queen bed and a Twin bed. The second bedroom also features an ensuite bathroom that your family or guests can enjoy. Located off of the living room, the recently fully enclosed den offers another sleeping option as the couch converts to a queen bed.
The moment you enter the entrances of the lobby, you are greeted by the experienced and personalized staff. Amenities include concierge services, assigned self-parking in a fully covered garage with a private elevator secure elevator. There is an exclusive Adult infinity edge pool and spa situated Oceanside with private Cabanas and easy access to one of the world's most sought after beaches. There is a recreation/fitness center conveniently situated near the children's pool just outside of the penthouse building. Please note per Wailea Beach Villa's policies, guests are limited to parking one vehicle on property and may request a second vehicle permit on an as needed basis. Visitor(s) will be either assigned a 2nd space or be required to park in the surface spaces (32) located at the entrance to the Hotel. Any additional vehicles may be required to park off site or be charged a daily fee of $50 per vehicle (based on availability).

Summary: We can not describe enough how wonderful this condo was. The rooms were big and spacious and beautifully decorated, the kitchen fully equipped, the mattresses and sheets heavenly, the bath towels from the best quality, the awesome sunset and ocean views from the balcony, a beautiful adult pool, and this all at the best location in Maui! Contact with the office went also smoothly. We couldn't recommend any other place more than this one. If it wasn't located at the other side of the world (for us), we would be back every year!

Summary: Location was wonderful. So close to the Shops of Wailea, pool and beach. Rental unit was spacious and well stocked. Really enjoyed the bbq grill on the lanai. Host walk thru was a nice touch. Concierge was helpful booking us a tee time last minute at the Wailea Golf course. Overall a great time. Will definitely return.
