Nestled between the Wailea Blue golf course and the Wailea Tennis Club, amenities abound for your stay in Grand Champions Villas in Wailea. Very spacious and meticulously updated, our 1 bedroom, 2 full-bath top floor condo overlooks the resort style "serenity pool" for adults, with garden and peek-a-boo ocean views. The spacious lanai is perfect for your morning cup of coffee in paradise! (PLEASE NOTE: there is one flight of stairs to reach our 2nd floor condo. No elevator available).
Our kitchen provides everything needed for your home away from home! Top tier upgrades include new tile, granite counter tops, bamboo cabinetry, and Bosch 800 appliances (including induction cooktop, microwave/convection oven, dishwasher). The granite and bamboo renovations continue into the bathrooms, with beautifully tiled showers. Two high efficiency AC units in the living room and master bedroom will ensure temperatures remain comfortable during the evenings. The living room does have a sofa bed, creating the possibility for sleeping 4 guests, if desired.
You can access the Wailea Tennis Club and renowned Wailea Blue Golf Course with a short stroll. Both are available for guest use, with the Wailea Blue golf course offering discounted rates for guests of Grand Champions. The tennis club has daily adult and child tennis clinics, hosts periodic tournaments, and personal instruction is also available. They do have Pickleball courts as well.
When it comes to shopping, the Wailea Villages is right around the corner. In addition, the renowned Shops at Wailea offer fabulous upscale shopping and dining options, only a short scenic stroll away!
Ulua and Wailea beaches are the two closest to our condo, both offering the best of Maui's sun, sand, and beautiful waters. While they are within walking distance, using a car may be more comfortable. Ulua has been named one of the Top 10 Most Beautiful Beaches in America and Wailea Beach has been named one of the Top 10 Beaches in Hawaii. Both provide free public parking.

Summary: We totally enjoyed our 3 day stay! Great location! Place was very comfortable and clean. Communicating with the owner was easy and their advice was truly helpful!

Summary: We spent 3 weeks in this very nice condo. Nice location overlooking the adult pool but mainly the trees and bushes. The bed is very comfortable but the pillows a bit stiff as they were foam and older. There is not an oven in this unit, so you can cook only on the stovetop. A couple pots and pans but not fully equipped for a lot of cooking. Good utensils provided though. There is a Vitamix which we used almost daily and a nice touch! There are Tommy Bahama chairs, a new beach umbrella to enjoy the beach, a large soft cooler in the plastic storage bin on the lanai and lots of beach towels. Also, pickle ball paddles available but the tennis club next door has closed their pickle ball courts due to the complaints of the nearby condos. All in all, we enjoyed our extended stay as it's quiet at night and the A/C keeps it cool.

Summary: We had a nice stay at this condo in Grand Champions. The location is great, walking distance to Wailea shops and restaurants. We had a nice view of the pool, which is beautifully landscaped and maintained. There was a problem with ants and despite the ant traps, we kept all food in the refrigerator to keep the ants at bay. The furnishings were ok but a bit dated, with older beach towels, bedspread, and sofa (which seemed downright old). We golfed at all 3 Wailea golf courses, which are absolutely beautiful. Tried playing pickleball at the Tennis Club next door, but the courts were always already reserved. Overall, it was a nice place to stay.

Summary: We enjoyed everything about our stay in Wailea. The condo was clean and well stocked, the check in process was streamlined, hosts were friendly and responsive and the location to beach, restaurants, shopping and golf could not have been better!! Summary: This condo is located in Waileah/Makena, which is a beautiful area of the island. This is a cheaper option than the hotels near here, probably close to half their price. There are nice restaurants and shops within a short walk (10-12 minutes). Stores are very high end including Tiffany, YSL, Lululemon, and Gucci. The beach beyond the shopping center is beautiful with great sunsets. The communication from the owner was excellent, although I skimmed the email telling me the washer and dryer are in a closet on the deck and missed the information. Too busy for laundry anyway. The pool is smaller than the picture showed, but we didn't have time for that either. The condo is surrounded by tropical trees and is private. The unit is on the second floor with no elevator. Bring your own coffee!
