Summary: Cottage was very clean, tidy and well equipped. Nice living room with big flat TV, kitchen with everything for two persons, bedroom with a kingsize bed and a lot of pillows. Livingroom and bedroom have separate air conditioning. Bathroom has a shower, shower curtain seemes to be new (see earlier ratings), no mold to see. In front is a parking space for two cars and there is a small terrace which is shown at the advertising picture. Two chairs, a table and two loungers are avaliable. Outside breakfast is possible there, but please don‘t forget the mosquito spray 😃. We stay there in cw 20/2018 and can recommend this cottage. Special thanks to our host Gaia, quick answering of our questions, well preparation of the cottage, no problem with our late check in and check out. Thomas and Anja from Germany

Summary: Very appreciative the owner was very kind and responsive! My husband and I both have asthma, the mold in the shower both on the shower curtain and the walls was completely unacceptable. In addition the linens were stained and a towel left for us was also torn. The bedding when I removed the sheets at the end of the stay had a stain on the mattress pad. I have photos to support all of the items mentioned and really feel I should get some of my money back. We have stayed in very expensive and some very exclusive properties and have never had a problem. I am actually ashamed to even report my stay because I don’t want it to discourage people from staying because it really is a cute little place in a great central location. I feel with a little money and tlc these items could be irrected and it would provide a great experience for the next guest. A shower curtain cost $5.00 at the most. I wish there was a way to post photos

Summary: The owner and staff were very nice, courteous and easy to work with. The unit however, was nice but not quite as crisp and clean cut as you see on the website. It also had a musty odor when we entered....there were a lot of Glade air fresheners placed around the unit. The king size mattress was extremely soft and not as firm as we like. Also, it would have been nice & much more comfortable for sleeping if there were more than a few pillows on the bed. The kitchen had minimal dishes and old utensils to use....no complete sets of either....especially the utensils. There were also left over spices, coffee, tea, etc. from previous visitors for us to use but we weren't sure how long they had been there and didn't want to use someone else's leftovers. There is no dishwasher to sanitize dishes so be sure to check each dish/utensil before using because many had dried food left on them. There were old, used sponges left under the sink rather than new ones for our use. I threw all of them away on our first day. The towels and linens were very minimal but more were graciously brought to us when we requested them. There were no wash cloths, only hand towels and towels. They said they were short on wash cloths and told us to use hand towels, and the towels were obviously old and had been used multiple times with some stains on a few of them. I wasn't sure if they were bleached between each use or not. There was only one full roll of toilet paper, no extra rolls, but it was ok for the 2 of us for the 3 nights we were there, we were away from the unit during the daytime. No kleenix available either. The washing machine is around the back of the building but we didn't want to go back there as it was unclean. The patio furniture was old and weathered. It was nice to have a place with a kitchen, living quarters, bedroom and bathroom for our short visit but on a scale of 1-10, I would rate the unit a 5 because it lacked a clean, polished feel and had the bare minimum of supplies or had old or used supplies left for us to use. However, the staff was very accommodating and easy to work with and the location is convenient if you don't mind not being close to the beach.

Summary: It was the perfect setting for me. It had all the things I needed. I was in town for a conference and it was close enough where either I could drive or affordably take an lyft to where I needed to go. I was given the space to do my own thing and the owner was super nice and accommodating! I would recommend!
