Summary: We loved the apartment, the size and look of it, the balcony and view, the location in terms of safety, restaurants and U-bahn. Also, the place was very quiet and the bed very comfortable. What was missing: basic supplies like salt and pepper, coffee maker and most importantly a book of recommendations of neighborhood restaurants, grocery store etc. We have never been to a vrbo that did not provide that and in this situation with the host out of town, it was especially important. However, I will say when I emailed the host with questions she was prompt in her responses.

Summary: This lovely apartment hidden away in the treetops of Berlin over looking a canal couldn’t have been a better way of retreating from the hustle and bustle of the city. We were still minutes away from everything.. great restaurants, the best bread shop and Ubahn. Carla was great, responsive to questions we had. We would certainly recommend this apartment to anyone!

Summary: Everything that is need , the flat has it. A beautiful view to the cannal . Near restaurants, markets, subway and buses. The living room is very confortable and brigth. the bahtroon is big and eay to move to my husband that has some dificulties to walk. The kitchen very complete, with all you need. The bedroom confortable and bright too, perhaps a litlle small Carla was very kind and attentive all we need. We travel once a year to Berlin and surely go back to this flat

Summary: Carla's house is ideal for an holiday in Berlin. The apartment is very bright with its large windows while respecting the privacy thanks the protection of trees lining the front of the building. Large living room, kitchen equipped with every comfort and new and spotless bathroom. The only flaw is the master bedroom, very tight. To move to the farthest place is not easy. the neighborhood is densely frequented by Turks and even the shops in neighborhood are of that kind. Despite this there are both supermarkets and restaurants serving European cuisine. The street below is quiet and there's a great bakery below the house which also allows you to make good breakfasts. Links to public transport (metro, tram and bus) are very close and accessible.
