Positive: The location was great. We were visiting family, and the location was very close to our family members who live in Henderson. The host was very accommodating when we needed to extend our trip an extra day.
Negative: It took at least 20 minutes for us to get into the house when we first got there. We were given the wrong code to get into the lock box to open the security door. I had to message the host several times before we were able to get it. The fan in the master bedroom could only be turned up so high, or it sounded like it was going to fly off. We were only given 1 garbage bag. When I asked for more, I was getting hourly updates but never received a time when they would be delivered. I finally just told them to forget it. They did not have any towels for the pool. We had to use bath towels when using the pool. There weren't extra towels, so we had to use the same towel for the pool and after showers. There weren't enough towels for 10 people, which is the number of people allowed to occupy the house at one time. There were ants all over the couch. They had a pest control guy come and spray. We were told he was going to come on Sunday between 11 and 1, so we made sure we weren't there during that time. He ended up showing up on Monday around 11, and we were there, which I didn't want. There weren't enough plates and only had to small frying pans.

Positive: It's was newly remodeled,
Negative: The checking instructions were very unclear ( checking with them and give them the number). Check in with who? No one was there and give them what number? I had to message the property agent to get the door code.The heating system didn't work. I contacted the property company, and they sent someone out, but my husband wasted half a day waiting for the repair guy. also, I stood in the shower for 10 minutes, and the hot water never came. The instructions say to park in the garage, but there were no remotes for the garage door. There are several switches in the house that either don't work or don't go to anything.

Positive: The location was good as it was close to family living in Henderson. If you are visiting Las Vegas and want to spend time on the strip, it is around 30 minutes drive
Negative: No heater Gas leak was evident when we arrived took 36 hours to repair due to no one meeting the gas company for repair No hot water, no oven during this time. WiFi was hidden in bedroom and unplugged and took us two days to find Smoke alarm went off each time we showered in the master bath Exposed wires in living room Pool has no fencing around it Old house with a coat of paint Needs a thorough cleaning

Negative: The bunk bed has very little space between the upper level and lower level. Can’t sleep like that. It is very uncomfortable.

Positive: Place was big, spacious, and clean. Very comfortable beds and bedding, plenty of towels and enough bathrooms for our 2 families of 8 total to use. Great living room and kitchen.
Negative: It would be nice to know the pool is not cleaned due to the season we booked in as we were looking for a home with a pool exclusively. Coming with kids they were excited to take a dip, even in November, but when getting there we had no idea pool hadn’t been serviced and wasn’t aware. Luckily we left to go venture to the strip for our 2 nights.
Summary: Great location, quiet neighborhood, big open home, very clean and comfortable.
