Summary: Stayed with ten adults for a family reunion. The house is very large and accommodating, it never felt crowded except perhaps, when we sat down to dinner as the dining room table only sat eight in a pinch. The kitchen facilities were adequate with some spices. It was nice that paper products and soaps, etc., were provided and that there was a washer/dryer. The deck and lake were lovely and we enjoyed swimming and hearing the loons. Cleanliness left a little to be desired and it was obvious that the property is not presently occupied full time. Weeds in the once lovely garden and the poor condition of the beautiful gazebo left one a little depressed. Wifi worked beautifully as did the appliances. We did need to buy a cheap coffee maker as the Keurig could not accommodate all the grumpy adults needing a cup of morning coffee. I would gladly return next year if the property is available.

Summary: The property was terrific. Lots of space and three bathrooms worked out great. The lake is small, secluded, but not busy. I was able to kayak around as the only boat on the lake. The fire pit area fit the 7 of us comfortably.

Summary: Great fishing lake! Property was nice. We enjoyed our stay. Just a couple downfalls. There was a terrible ant infestation in the kitchen. They were everywhere! We did message the host while we were there notifying them of this, so hopefully they have taken care of this, or at least left some ant poison there for guests to use should it happen again. The WIFI went out the day or two before we left, and since we needed WIFI to control the temperature, it got pretty hot in there. We also were not able to watch any television while the WIFI was out. We did not take the time to notify the host about this. The outside property could use a little attention. I would recommend a leaf blower to get rid of the dead leaves everywhere and get rid of the cobwebs in the gazebo. Other than these things, it was a great place to stay.

Summary: We rented the property with the expectation of a quiet and peaceful weekend away. It did not disappoint. The house sits on a very quiet little lake. We never saw more than one boat on the water at a time. The lake is clean with a sand bottom. Fishing was great with bluegill, crappie and largemouth bass. The beach area was clean and great for the kids. The house was beautiful and boasts plenty of space for everyone. Beds were comfortable and we all had plenty of seating at the dinner table and sofa. They provided toothpaste and even shampoo, body wash, laundry soap, etc. That was great! We noticed we didn’t have any firewood and the grill propane was out so we reached out and had someone there in 15 minutes to handle it. Can’t ask for more than that. Communication with the owner was very fast. Another huge plus. Deer, turkeys, eagles….beautiful. Also, we met the neighbors and they were extremely nice and polite as well. Overall I can’t say enough nice things about this property. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it and will be back for sure!

Summary: We had plenty of space in this wonderful lake home. There were 10 of us and had a great time around the fire pit, fishing, and being together. The lake is very quiet and private and peaceful. A great getaway!

Summary: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. I was hesitant to book seeing as it was a brand new listing with very few reviews. However, after staying here I can’t say enough good things about it. The house itself was very clean. Plenty of room for our rather larger group that stayed. Kitchen had everything we needed, furniture was clean and comfortable, all appliances were clean and in working order. The lakefront was great, sandy area was perfect for our 1 year old. The campfire was used literally everyday and evening, plenty of seating by the lake for everybody. The lake was excellent, very clean and nothing to hit with our boat. We were literally the only boat on the lake all week. Which is probably a good thing as it is a smaller lake, however we tubed, wakeboarded and kneeboarded all week with no issues. So while the lake is “small”, it’s not so small you can’t do water sports. Fishing was good too, plenty of pan fish were caught and even some decent size bass. Communication with the property manager was excellent, we never had any issues, just a few questions during our stay and they answered immediately. Overall an excellent experience!
