The pool is outside our house (the owners), through a gate from your guest cottage. Guests in the cottage share the pool with the owners when both houses are occupied. Main house is never rented out to separate party when you are at the guest cottage unless you are all the same party. Pool is shared with owners or not shared.

Summary: What can I say….upon arrival tucked way from the town was Jami and Nathan’s amazing property. My wife and I along with our dog Bailey stayed at the cottage for close to a week. The exterior/ grounds is beautiful, peaceful and private. The interior of the house is very up to date and has anything you can ever think of needing. The decor is also top notch! Even though the pool is “shared” it is really feels as if it is your own and always felt like we had privacy. We got to meet Jami and Nathan several times and they were extremely nice, outgoing and generous. We would 100% book a stay here again.

Summary: Great location but it was hard sharing the pool next door with the family renting the main house. Otherwise it was very nice, clean and thoughtfully prepared.

Summary: This cottage is perfect for 2-3 people. The kitchen is stocked with anything you may need for cooking or just having coffee. The layout of the cottage is comfortable and decorated beautifully. The cottage was stocked with beautiful linens and the outdoor space was amazing to relax after a day at the beach. I give it an A+ and the owners were outstanding!

Summary: This is a fantastic place to stay and we would definitely return to stay with Jami and Nathan again. The photos represented the property perfectly and it was fully stocked with everything we needed when traveling from out of town. The grounds of the property are beautiful and we enjoyed sitting outside each morning. This is a great place and we would definitely return.

Summary: We booked this cottage for a weekend work/play trip for us and our small dog. The cottage is prettier in person and every detail, down to the soap, is impeccable. Though the cottage is on a shared property, it feels completely private and intimate. The landscaping is beautiful, with generous outdoor areas including a charming patio for grilling, a fire pit with seating, and an outdoor shower. The interior of the house is perfect, decorated beautifully with everything you could want and more. The property owners were very accommodating and gracious. The weekend was unseasonably warm and though the shared pool doesn’t officially open until Memorial Day, they called and insisted we use it. The house is 2 miles from Main Beach, walking distance to East Hampton proper, and 20 minutes to Sag Harbor and Bridgehampton. We really hope we can come back soon.

Summary: We had a wonderful time during our stay at the cottage. The house was truly beautiful and had everything we needed available to us and more. It was extremely clean, updated and beautiful decor. The cottage is in a great, central location for us to explore East Hampton only a few minutes away and neighboring towns. Jami and Nathan were extremely accommodating and responsive prior to and during the visit. We would absolutely stay here again in the future!

Summary: My husband and I were looking for a last-minute getaway with our son. We saw this house and jumped on it. The location seemed too good to be true. I will admit we were nervous as it was a new listing but we’re so glad we did it as it exceeded our expectations. Jami’s was really amazing, super responsive, and friendly. The house itself is upgraded from the TV, the lights, to the stove .. the attention to detail did not go unnoticed. It looks like a page out of a Serena and Lily catalog. The house was recently renovated and It’s actually bigger than we thought and super clean which was really important as we had our 6 month old with us. There is also a big yard with a fireplace and a grill/dining area and an amazing pool. Super close to town/beach and the road itself is really private. This spot is truly a gem! Can’t wait to come back !
