Summary: Spacious and clean property! It was perfect for our ski vacation. Easy to get to Mt. Sunapee. Snowed while we were there, and driveway and walkway was cleared by the time we woke without prompting. Owner left wine and snacks—nice touch.

Summary: Your home is lovely and our family (3 of us) had a wonderful time. It was extremely clean and had all the amenities one could ask for. It was a spacious 3 BR with a lovely stone floor family/TV room on the first floor adjacent to the kitchen, in addition to the living/dining room on the first floor. The AC and fans were used and greatly appreciated. Located around the corner from the golf course. Hosts were very communicative and left a thoughtful welcome note and treats for us upon our arrival. We very much enjoyed our stay and would return again. We highly recommend this lovely home. Thank you again.

Summary: Conveniently located right off major roadways....interior and exterior 5 stars...lots to do at Eastman activities center...swimming boating hiking and day dreaming...would definitely occupy again if available.. Thanks!!!!!

Summary: This home was perfect for our group. We were in the area to attend funerals for deceased family members in Lebanon, NH but combined with a vacation. The distance between Grantham and Lebanon is about 13 miles and an easy drive on I-89. The owners were very responsive to any questions I had. The home was clean, beds were comfortable. The sunroom was a wonderful gathering space. Kitchen is fully equipped with appliances, including small appliances such as Keurig, pots and pans. Beautiful location in the Eastman community. Our teenagers enjoyed playing golf at the Eastman golf course. We have already recommended this home to other family members who may visit later this year!

Summary: We came for our son’s high school graduation with same family and friends. Upon our arrival we were welcomed with a lovely card and delicious cookies left by the host congratulating us for the occasion. The house is located on a great neighborhood and provides you with all you need for a longer stay. Not only as house utensils but also as activities around the area. All the instructions were very clean and helpful. Lots of space to have a get together or keep yourself on a break for a little while your stay. Very clean and the response from Denise on only one of our extra request was immediately. She is great to deal with. I would very much recommend this property to everyone. Is importante to mention that she offer one bedroom on the main floor in case stairs be a challenge for your needs. They have kaike and chairs at the garage that you can take to the lake. Propane for the BBQ and wood for the fire pit has been provided by the property as well. Our vacation could not be better. Thank you so much Denise and Josh.

Summary: We enjoyed this house very much. It was nicely furnished and the beds were comfortable. The porch off the back is attractive and would be nice to spend time in. Unfortunately, we were there to take care of elderly parents and didn't spend too much time there. Will certainly look to book it again, if needed.

Summary: Had to book a quick place after my mom passed earlier this year and looked at hotels before settling on this wonderful home. I fell in love with the kitchen nook center table which was great for whipping up quick breakfasts and lunches as we woke up and got going each day. The house sits in a beautiful wooded area that was something I know mom would have enjoyed.

Summary: Of course! Our family truly enjoyed your gracious home. So many lovely spaces for comfortable socializing. And nicely situated between Concord and Lebanon, where we had academic connections! Beautiful inside and out! Everything was clean and fresh with brand new appliances like fridge/dishwasher and WASHER/dryer. We’ll look forward to returning in summertime for more lake enjoyment too!
