Our roomy home is in a quiet, safe suburban neighborhood, perfect for families or large groups! Just 15 minutes from Omaha's top attractions (Henry Doorly Zoo, Children’s Museum, Fun Plex, CHI Health Center, Charles Schwab Park) and closer than West Omaha, allowing you to avoid interstate traffic. Close to dining and within walking distance of the neighborhood park.
The 2-story home provides everything you need for your weekend getaway or extended stay. An open living room with a spacious kitchen (basic cooking supplies provided) makes it easy for the whole family to gather together. The home features 4 bedrooms (5 beds), 3.5 bathrooms, 2 living and dining areas, a fenced-in backyard and 2 car garage, making it the perfect home away from home.
During the summer, the upstairs bedrooms tend to be warmer than the rest of the house. For your convenience, we've equipped these rooms with portable air conditioners you can control, to maintain a comfortable (or even cold) temperature. Please note these AC units can generate noise similar to a large fan, which may be a consideration for light sleepers.

Summary: We enjoyed our visit to Omaha to spend Christmas with our extended family. The owner was very responsive to our questions and special requests. The house was roomy and a grest place for our family of nine(6 adults, 3 children) to call our home base while there. Summary: The house was exactly what we needed for four families to gather for a wedding. It was clean, roomy and comfortable. The kids enjoyed the extra room too. Brad communicated well and was accommodating of our needs. The house location is in a good area and close to a main highway. I would stay again.

Summary: Every year in September my family and church from Fargo attend a Bible conference. In past years we stayed in a hotel that through the years started to get old and outdated and just plain gross. This house was a nice change for us. The neighborhood is quiet and nice, the house was big enough for four families to fit comfortably in and the kitchen supplied all our needs for the families with allergies and in past trips had to figure out how to eat with their special needs. The host was quick to answer my questions. though the fireplace in the master suite didn’t work everything else worked and was clean.

Summary: Very large living areas and very comfortable beds. Decorated very nicely, comfortable couches but tv did not work. Property host was very responsive and the home is in a great location, in a residential neighborhood so very quiet. Kitchen was not stocked with any staples so if you are planning on cooking bring spices, butter, condiments, baggies, foil, etc. No extra toilet paper or paper towels, so bring extra supplies. We weren’t required to clean anything upon check out so that was nice!

Summary: The Home was spacious and very clean. We had a wonderful time visiting family. After a hectic day of socializing, it was nice knowing that we could unwind in a home that was in a peaceful neighborhood. The owner was quick to respond whenever we had questions. I know where we will stay for future visits to Bellevue. Five stars across the board!

Summary: Lots of space. Everything was clean. Towels were plentiful. The basement space worked really well for my parents, gave them their own space but plenty of space on the main level to hang out. A little problem getting in at check in but Brad was responsive and very helpful.
