Welcome to our beautiful luxury apartment in the heart of Ruzafa, the liveliest neighbourhood of Valencia!
The apartment is very bright and spacious and is ideally setup with an open-space living and kitchen area, 2 double bedrooms each with a comfy large double bed and one has a balcony with beautiful street views. It comes with 1.5 bathrooms, and a separate office, making it an ideal place for longer stays. It’s a 4th floor apartment with no lift. We are also pet friendly :)

Summary: Our host Ferry communicated constantly with us. We had a seamless arrival. Ferry does mention there are four floors and no lift so unless you are reasonable fit and don’t have a lot of luggage then this apartment is for you. The apartment was very clean and quiet.

Summary: We loved this apartment. It was recently renovated so it looks great and the shower, appliances etc worked well. It was super clean and very spacious. It has two good sized bedrooms plus a nice office space that we used for our luggage, work space and a place to set up the ironing board. Each bedroom has floor to ceiling closets with shelving and hanging space. It has one and a half baths which was really nice as I could dry my hair and put on makeup while others took turns in the other bathroom. Andra met us at the apartment and answered any questions we had. She provided restaurant recommendations and the restaurants were great. The washing machine was so nice to have and there is a huge space to hang your clothes outside which is accessed by opening very large windows and reaching out to hang the clothes. This is one of my favorite rentals. I will return! Note: you have to climb many stairs to get to the apartment so if you have difficulty with stairs this is probably not for you.

Summary: The property is beautiful clean and maintained to a high standard. No complaits from us .The stair climb could make it difficult for not so able people. Its not far to walk for exploring the town of Valenica

Summary: Beds very comfy, sofa less so for 4 adults. Great to have a dishwasher but needs more crockery to make efficient use of it. Needs clearer warning of number of stairs to apartment (84!) Lovely welcome pack was greatly appreciated, as was flexibility of arrival time. We all loved Valencia. Thank you

Summary: We have stayed at many apartments in european cities and this is one of the best if you like residential neighborhoods within walking distance of the main attractions. The apartment was clean and furnished with everything you need including AC. The clothes washer is a plus for long stays. The had restaurants and markets but was quiet. The owner was very nice and provided recommendations. The only item to note is the apartment is on the 4th floor, so you’ll get your steps in at the end of each day, but we didnt mind.
