Positive: Really cute little studio apartment in a fantastic location. Walkable to so many shops, cafes and right across the road from the beach. Comfortable and well appointed for our 2 night getaway. Hosts were very responsive to messages and let us know that we could check in an hour early as the apartment was ready. Very thoughtful.

Negative: Light from the external stairwell came in through the glass panel above the door. Meant that the room never got completely dark (no issue for my partner) so I found it a little difficult to get to sleep. However this would not prevent us from rebooking.

Summary: Fantastic getaway in a lovely little studio, with excellent access to the beach. Great hosts.

Positive: A lovely apartment in a great location on The Esplanade a short walk from Jetty Road on Brighton. Great for restaurants and the beach. The apartment was well equipped and the bed was very comfortable. Paul and Denise have done a great job and were quick to answer queries.

Negative: The parking at the back of the apartments was a bit crowded but there was also plenty of parking on the street

Negative: The surrounding units were loud at times. The bed wasn't very comfortable, probably doesn't need to be able to fold away as not many people would do so as then there's a massive space for nothing to go there. As no dining table or lounge.
