Yellow Apartment is located in Lezzeno, the last romantic village that travelers encounter before arriving in Bellagio, where the three branches of Lake Como meet.
Lezzeno rises on the eastern branch of Lake Como and consists of 17 hamlets distributed along the coast at the foot of the mountains.
It is the ideal place to spend a pleasant and relaxing holiday thanks to a surprising and fascinating landscape with thousands of different shades of the lake water with blue and green color, with rocky hills covered with woods and with a fascinating naturalistic coast. There is also the possibility to practice water sports, at 500 meters, at the International Center for water skiing and wakeboarding or mountain sports such as trekking and hiking.
The house where the apartment is located has an agile covered external staircase that allows you to reach the first and second / last floor.
The staircase ends where the covered terrace of "Appartamento Giallo" begins.
On the terrace you can sit to enjoy the suggestive views of Lake Como and receive the fresh mountain breeze.
The apartment is on the second and last floor of a house of only 3 floors / apartments, surrounded by 4 balconies and 1 terrace overlooking Lake Como and its mountains. Completely renovated a few years ago.
Next to the property there is a free private parking and on request the possibility of a space to store bicycles or small objects.
It is a bright apartment of 50 square meters and consists of a double bedroom with wardrobe and bedside tables, of a bathroom with shower, toilet, bidet, sink with mirror and washing machine and of an open space with a large kitchen, dining area for 4 people and a relaxation area with a double sofa bed.
In the apartment WI-FI, sat TV with free channels, towels, sheets and blankets are available and included in the price. The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric oven, a dishwasher, 4 gas burners, a fridge, a freezer, a microwave, a toaster, a kettle, coffee maker, dishes, pots and pans.
A few steps away there are 1 MiniMarket open from Monday to Saturday, 1 bar open every day, the public beach with shower, 4 restaurants and pizzerias, the bus stop (line C30) that connects the villages from Bellagio to Como and 10 minutes walk there is the pier with boats to reach authentic villages rich in history and wonder.
I personally welcome the guests from 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm (in case of delay, contact me) and I offer information for a pleasant stay I am also available, if requested, for restaurant reservations, boat rentals, excursions or any other need.
The tourist tax of € 1 per person per day up to a maximum of 7 days is excluded from the price. Children up to 7 years are exempt. If necessary, the heating cost of € 1,5 per cubic meter is also excluded. The apartment has an independent methane gas system.

Summary: Our hosts Gina and Andreas were absolutely wonderful and extremely helpful. They couldn’t do enough to make us feel at home. The property is ideal (very clean, modern upgrades, and everything you need) and in a great location to explore the Lake Como area. Market for groceries and bars and restaurants are within a short walk. If you have a rental car like we did, the parking at the property was great, with Bellagio only a short 10 minute drive away. If you don’t there is a bus stop on the main road about a 2 minute walk from the apartment and the bus runs very frequently. In Bellagio we found ample free parking about a 15 Minute walk from ferry dock to take you all over the lake area. Lezzeno is a quiet escape from the tourist bustle of Bellagio and a great place to stay. Our only regret is that we wish we would have stayed longer to fully appreciate everything this area has to offer.

Summary: Gina welcomed us very warmly and told us everything there is to know about Lezzeno and the surrounding area. The apartment is very modern and clean. Lezzeno itself is a small village, but it does have a bar, and some restaurants and supermarkets where you can get your daily essentials. For any additional groceries, you can go to Bellagio, which is only a 10 minute drive. All in all, we had a great stay!

Summary: We stayed here for 4 nights in June 2019. The apartment itself is modern, spotlessly clean and and very well equipped. In fact it was even nicer than we expected from the pictures online! Gina is a charming and thoughtful host who really cares about her guests and went out of her way to make sure we had all the information we needed to get about the Lake easily. We left our hire car in the secure parking area the whole time and got about by ferry, which is much quicker than using the roads and much more fun (as well as freeing up the driver to enjoy those well-earned glasses of wine...) The ferry service to Lezzeno itself is not as frequent as to, say, Bellagio but it is more than adequate. The termimal is 1 km (we walked the 10 minutes - not all the road has pavements but we felt perfectly safe on the road and it was clear both locals and tourists felt liekwise). There are several good restaurants including the Stone House only a few seconds away and the local cafe/bar/shop almost outside. We Also liked the Osteria Il Governo 1801, in Lezzeno. Despite the facilities is very quiet and much less tourist driven than the larger towns, and we slept with the windows open, necessary in the June 2019 heatwave! As a holiday location, Como is perfect for us. Lots of small towns and villages to explore, with frequent gelato, wine and coffee stops. We swam in the lake and just soaked up the almost impossible beauty of the place. All in all, we had a perfect stay at the apartment - thank you Gina and we hope to see you again! Andy and Zaina

Summary: This is our second year at the property and we will again be back. The apartment is well equipped and sparkling clean. A short walk to either the bus stop or the ferry will get you anywhere you want to go around beautiful lake Como. Our host, Gina and her partner, Andres are incredibly helpful and can answer any questions you may have about the area.

Summary: We had a wonderful stay in this apartment, even better than we'd been expecting from the other reviews. The apartment was well equipped, spotlessly clean and very comfortable. It had four small balconies and a small terrace, and was a lovely place to relax after a busy day seeing the local sites. It was on the third (top) floor, and had a private parking space protected by an electric chain. The village of Lezzeno is refreshingly unspoilt by tourism. It runs for about a couple of miles along the lake, which means that moving about often means walking along the main road, which mostly doesn't have pavements - a bit disconcerting at first, but you soon get used to it, and the road isn't too busy (pedestrians seem to have priority anyway). The village jetty for boarding the lake ferries is about a 1km walk away, and there are several bars and restaurants within a few minutes of the apartment. The lake shore is about 2 minutes walk away, and the village shop about 30 seconds. The hourly bus service was cheap and reliable, and the lake ferries pretty good as well - so much so that we didn't bother using the car for the whole week we were there. The apartment owner, Gina, was lovely and very helpful. She's put together a comprehensive folder of information and leaflets on the various places to visit, and took the time to go through the various possibilities with us. We wouldn't hesitate to return. The apartment is great, the village is gorgeous, and the scenery quite stunning.
