This open concept 2100 sf home is extremely clean, well stocked and features a cheerful sun-room overlooking the cozy pond and golf course.
Previous vacationers have mentioned that they have truly felt that this home has felt like their home away from home for the entire family (including the fur babies). They've gone on to say that they appreciate the spacious floor plan, large TV's and cleanliness of the home. Further mentioning, they have especially enjoyed sitting in the sun room and simply watching the golfers and enjoying bird watching.

Summary: This beautiful home was exactly as pictured, and fully stocked by a great owner. Enjoyed the calming view of the pond and many species of wildlife there...Ibis, Egrets, Anhingas, Sand Hill Cranes, Ducks and Squirrels! Neighborhood great for dog walking. Very glad we got to stay here for the month of February 2020!

Summary: house was just as pictured it's on the 11th green, but still very nice layout. having something to say how to use the televisions would have been great... we aren't familiar with the choices of how to watch. took a bit to figure out but we got it for the most part. we prefer our showers in hot water, but understand there are rules as how high to turn the water heater. bed was very comfortable. for those who run/walk, area is very nice for joggers/runners! overall a great stay and would do it again. thanks Kat!!

Summary: Can’t go wrong with this property located in Hudson FL. It is located in a safe, well established golfing community. You can all sorts of native plants and wildlife right from the enclosed back porch. Large house with three bedrooms, would be super for a large family or reunion. The owner communicated on a regular basis to make sure all was well. The house was clean and well stocked with all the kitchen items one would need to prepare a gourmet dinner. Washer/ dryer right in the house made everything perfect. The neighborhood has sidewalks throughout, walked my dog everyday. Little pup was intrigued with the lizards & toads on a daily basis. One really nice feature about the location is that the surrounding area is a protected bird sanctuary, so you see many varieties of native birds. Two chain grocery stores close by and great access to major highways to Tampa/ St. Petersburg or in other direction to the west side coast. FIVE STAR REVIEW ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ you can be comfortable about safety, cleanliness and location when you consider this house. Rest assured, this VRBO home is a good choice!! 👍

Summary: We really enjoyed last weekend in the New Port Richey area. Meadow Oaks was well equipped for relaxing and food preparation. We appreciated the coffee, tea and snacks that were provided. We will certainly try to schedule Meadow Oaks for our next trip to New Port Richey.

Summary: We recommend this home without reservation!! Great fully furnished kitchen. Coffee bar. Owner was very friendly and helpful and prompt with any issues we had. We had our son and his family of 4 children under 5 join us here. It met all our needs. The owner so thoughtfully provided everything one needs away from home and more! Beautiful beach 20 minutes away and many restaurants and shopping close by.

Summary: It was extremely comfortable at this rental, we felt it was our home away from home. Nothing and I mean nothing was missing from this lovely home. We especially loved that it was located on a bird sanctuary. We spent our evening sitting outside watching the wildlife and golfers. We’ve rarely stayed in the same place twice. My husband and I both agreed that we would like to stay here again. The home is squeaky clean and fully equipped. We also love that it has a 65” TV. It’s centrally located between Tampa (St. Pete) and northern coast. Absolutely loved it here!!

Summary: Kat does an outstanding job of stocking the house with all the necessities and more so you don’t have to worry about forgetting anything. The house was very clean and the backyard was delightful. Spending time watching the golfers and birds was a great way to spend the afternoon. Kat was always available to help out.
