Positive: The pool and comfy bed.
Negative: The shower didn't work properly had to take a bath. We booked a room with hot tub there was no hot tub in sight. The balcony is empty and looks over a swomp. Can't smoke even cigs on the balcony have to go down stairs to the smoking area which shits at 9pm so tell ur addiction shops shut then. The room was full of piles of ants and 2 lizards where getting around the room. Then to top of whole stay off we got in the lift which then stopped half way all the electrics went out the bell wouldn't sound my brother had to pull the doors open and when he did we where stuck between the second and third floor. He then tried to pull the door open on the second floor still nobody had come we then manged to get the alarm button going at this point we are all screaming we are in a lift stuck with no air con a few mins went by and we hear a thai voice say wait one second and she opens the doors meaning there was a gap we had to jump out of. My autistic son screaming the place down petrified. They didn't even know what to say to us we then went outside for fresh air come back inside and the lift had been restarted and was back in use for the public. Be so careful as if my brother didn't get the door open then we would have probably fainted it was roasting.

Positive: The room was modern & spacious. The staff on reception were friendly & helpful.
Negative: The room didn't come with any room service at all. I had to get my own water, toilet paper etc from reception. The pool was a bit green the first two days but was cleaned on my 3rd night's stay. There was no soap at the washbasin in the bathroom.
