Positive: There’s a playground, swimming pool and mini golf on site. Self-contained unit with everything you need to cook for your family.
Negative: The queen bed was too soft for me. Connected to the wi-fi but the internet didn’t work at all on our phones. It would’ve been nice to have smart tvs for entertainment on those days we stayed home.
Summary: Perfect space for families, excellent facilites,close to a huge shopping centre that has everything.

Negative: Nothing major - could have had washing machines in rooms. Paying a lot a night tot hen pay for washing machine use.

Positive: All facilities were amazing. Clean, amazing tidy grounds, fun for young children although pool a little cold in winter, but still well kept. Cabin facility had everything we needed. Even when we had a couple of small maintenance issues, the maintenance team were on top of the requests in a very timely manner.
Negative: Range hood didn't work too well in a small area when cooking with a sizzling frypan which set the smoke detector off - had to open up all doors and windows, however this was very minor. At least the smoke detectors did their job.
Summary: Amazing - would definitely stay again.

Positive: The staff and manager who quickly resolved the problem that we encountered upon the arrival. All kitchen equipment, cutlery, and plates were there so we utilized these items to keep the cost of the trip within budget. The room is good size for 2 adults and 2 kids.
Negative: The emergency phone number didn't work when I tried to get some help from the park outside of business hours. All blankets in our cabin had a strange smell, even though they looked clean. As a result, we didn't use it. Fortunately, the weather was not that cold, so we didn't need them.
Summary: Great stay overall with just a few issues.
