Relax with the whole family at this peaceful lake house for an unforgettable getaway. Spend days lounging on the deck, roasting marshmallows around the fire pit, or taking out the kayaks we provide for a small additional fee. Enjoy some family time playing in the living room with a large smart TV or take a break in the office space with a desk and serta futon. At the end of the day, you can drift off to sleep peacefully in one of the two bedrooms with a king and queen sized beds, each equipped with wall mounted smart TVs. Our property makes for the perfect lake side getaway that will keep everyone refreshed and relaxed.
***THERE IS A $100 PET FEE. PETS MUST BE INCLUDED IN RESERVATION WHEN BOOKING (excludes service animals)
***Check out is at 10 AM. Any guests in house after 10:15 am without prior approval will be charged $75/hour for every hour they remain in the house past the checkout time.
1- Must be courteous to our neighbors and avoid loud outside activities from 10:00 pm-8:00 am.
2- Please keep dogs off furniture and bedding. When dogs are outside, please keep them on a leash. Pick up and bag all pet waste.
3- No smoking or vaping inside the house. If smoking outside, please pick up all cigarette butts.
4- Please avoid neighboring properties and stay within our yard.
5- This house a shared driveway, please be courteous to the house next door and do not block the driveway.
6- All docks in the neighborhood are PRIVATE.
7-Do not add charcoal to the pellet grill. Only use the provided pellets. Adding charcoal to the pellet grill will result in a $100 fee. Please contact the host for any assistance to operate the grill.

Summary: we enjoyed our stay. the cabin was very clean and had everything we needed. the area was quiet and we enjoyed sitting outside watching the wild life and the lake. the only thing I would change is the grill, make it gas. we would return for another stay !!!

Summary: The house was great, both inside and out. We enjoyed the fire pit and spent most of our time just relaxing. We are lucky we went in the off season because there was no one around. There are houses very close. Overall it was a great getaway!
