The Space:
This cozy home is perfect for a family or romantic get-away. The ground floor features a spacious living room, kitchen, powder bathroom, laundry/utility area and master suite with a king bed and bathroom attached. An oversized bunk loft, featuring 3 twin beds and 1 full bed overlooks the living room. Every detail has been considered in this fully stocked vacation home. The home comes with 2 parking spots directly off the back porch, free Wifi and streaming services, linens, plenty of dishes and cookware and a coffee bar. The front porch boasts an oversized swing with a twin-sized mattress. Picnic tables, a rock water feature and fire pit are steps from the front door.
Carlton Landing is a luxury walkable resort-style town on the shore of Lake Eufaula. Summary: We couldn't have been happier with our stay at the Pink House. It was a mid week stop for us between a trip to Oklahoma City and Dallas and provided the relaxation and space we needed to rejuvenate. The property was clean & comfortable. Our 7 month old baby loved rolling around on the large living room floor and we loved cozying up on the couches to watch Disney movies. The kitchen was well stocked and the cafe, The Meeting House, was a quick walk away for food or small grocery items. We loved swinging on the front porch swing and if it wasn't such chilly weather during our stay, we would have definitely taken a nap out there! The Pink House and Carlton Landing were both idyllic and we would not hesitate to recommended it!

Summary: This house is best for couples, in my opinion. There is an upstairs loft with bunk beds. But I wouldn’t say a group larger than 4 would stay comfortably. Very clean home . We had no issues.
