Positive: Excellent location. Close to the trams giving easy access to Edinburgh, and the airport. A short walk to restaurants and bars in Leith Great views over leith and to the South. Inner balcony overlooks the other buildings, but you have a view to the north of the firth of forth and Fife. Generally quiet with little or no noise from the roads. Being on the 6th floor helped here. Nice open plan living/dining/kitchen. 3 good-sized bedrooms. A main bathroom and an enseuite in the master bedroom makes life easy. Jacuzzi in the ensuite, which we didn't try, but it's there if you want to relax. Secure parking for one car included, which is a godsend in Edinburgh. Good contact with the owners, initially through email, then a phone call with Richard on the day. Ladies were waiting to allow access at the specified time. All went smoothly.

Negative: We had nothing to complain about.
