Negative: When we arrived the power was off, there was no electricity. Nevertheless, they fixed it in less than 30 mins once we contacted them. Excellent service and communication.

Positive: We came down from Birmingham for a short break and this apartment was perfect for our family of 4. It’s beautifully presented, very clean, and felt like home right away! The bedrooms were comfortable, the living space was relaxing, and everything was right in our doorstep & exactly as described. The location was ideal — close to transport, supermarkets, and great food spots, which made our days out in London so much easier. We felt safe, comfortable, and well connected throughout our stay. The host was fantastic! So helpful, quick to respond, and made sure we had everything we needed. It really added to the experience and made our trip even more enjoyable. We loved our stay here and would definitely choose this apartment again the next time we visit London.

Positive: Lovely flat, plenty of space, clean and bright. Owners were really helpful and flexible. Location was great and the price was reasonable too. Will definitely book there again.
Negative: Very little was wrong. The Bathroom was a little small (I appreciate that options are limited in a relatively small apartment) and there is no overhead shower and not enough towels for the 4 of us. But I understand the place is new to the market so will no doubt get better soon!

Positive: I had such a wonderful stay at this lovely apartment. The home is beautifully decorated, clean, and has a warm, homely feel that made me instantly comfortable. The transport links are excellent — with quick and easy access to buses and nearby stations which made getting around London so convenient. The host was fantastic from start to finish, always helpful and quick to respond, making sure everything was perfect for our stay. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting the area!

Positive: This place was a fantastic place to stay! Everything felt clean & fresh and I had one of the most comfortable sleep here along with it being a nice peaceful area. Commuting around was effortless & host was friendly with helping me with that.
Negative: Could do with more than 1 frying pan but everything else was great! Would stay here again anyday.
