Summary: Received a room not clean door was open not secure not staying there anymore

Summary: First off the place was under construction and we were never made aware prior. Second it was advertised to have a pool and continental breakfast. The pool was green and there was no breakfast. The coffee was cold and gross and had no condiments. The microwave in our room did not work and had to have it replaced after waiting 2 hours. Another thing advertised was that each room had wifi with speeds available for up to 10 devices. We had no internet the entire stay which was very frustrating. Also there were alot of druggies hanging around and up and down the halls all night. The room was clean but that was about it. I would not recommend this hotel and disappointed that hotels.com has them on their site. After an hour we almost forfeited our money and left to another hotel. Due to our financial situations we could not. Also one last thing to add the staff was very rude and unprofessional. When i got to the check in counter i had to wait for her to hang up a personal call I was greeted with ehats up.

Summary: I like the price, and the staff. I never experienced bugs or dirty room at all. It was literally a crash spot for me while I was working. For the price and clean room and staff, you get a bang for your buck.
