This all season getaway is an ideal location that's just minutes from downtown Traverse City; including shops, restaurants, wineries, and breweries. Just to note, our house is cleaned with eco-friendly products and essential oils!

Summary: Overall its a nice place but I do not feel it is worth the money spent. We chose this house as we had several family members traveling with us and needed the space. While there was plenty of space the rules/restrictions regarding use of washer/dryer as well as dishwasher were not accomodating to a large group. Furthermore we had issues with use/operation of some of the appliances.

Summary: We stayed at Brody’s Camp for an entire weekend for The Cherry Capitol Cup soccer tournament. The home was beautiful and accommodated our family perfectly. We loved that it was a dog friendly stay, though we ended up not bringing our dogs, I’m sure they would have loved it if we did. The hosts were wonderful and very prompt in their response to any questions or concerns we had. We would love to book again in the future!

Summary: The Brody Camp house was beautiful. We had plenty of space for 8 of us girls for a bachelorette weekend. If im ever in traverse city again I would most definitely book the Brody Camp house again!!

Summary: We stayed here for our annual friends weekend and really enjoyed the house and location. We were able to enjoy the hustle of downtown Traverse City during the day and then chill in a peaceful setting at night.

Summary: Loved everything about house, plenty of room for our family, location was great. Having the kayaks and paddle boat to use was very nice. A couple of our family members arrived early and I messaged to see if they could get in the house and they responded quickly and said it would not be a problem. Would definitely stay again.

Summary: Hosts were extremely communicative and very gracious. House was well stocked with supplies and that was greatly appreciated. We loved the kayaks and toys for the water. Great location for day trips to mission point, sleeping bear dunes and traverse city. There were 8 of us, and it was plenty of space. We thoroughly enjoyed our whole trip!

Summary: Very nice spacious home. Quiet area on the lake and just the right distance from Traverse City. The only issues we had was the air conditioning not working properly. Maintenance came to fix but it did not help.
