Positive: Spotlessly clean, light,airy and spacious- the property has been furnished to a very high standard,is very well equipped, modern decor and a great deal of thought has been given to the needs of the occupier with the provision of manuals to operate the electrical items a useful idea. Excellent communications from the hosts prior to arrival. Lovely peaceful location with many great places to eat within a few miles of the property. Provision of a welcome basket of treats is a thoughtful touch.

Positive: Very welcoming and friendly hosts, super clean, property finished to immaculate standard, peaceful out of city setting with a lovely country view, private parking, offers so much even a 4/5 star hotel cannot. Love it !!!

Positive: The property has been constructed and finished to exceptional standards and attention to detail. The location is also superb for easy access to Norwich with views over fields. The welcome basket was a lovely touch, especially milk in the fridge. Congratulations to Roy and Heidi for creating such quality and comfort.
Negative: The spiral staircase was fine for us but possibly not easily navigated by some. It is clearly shown in photos and was a bit of fun in the end.
Summary: Best quality in beautiful location.

Positive: Absolutely brilliant barn. Great location, lovely views and it was super clean. The welcome hamper was a really nice idea and it was gladly appreciated. If we are ever in Norfolk again we will definitely be staying here.
