Positive: Place was perfectly located for going to White Hart Lane for a concert Bus stop right outside and owner does provide a sheet or info of how to get places Its located within 10 minutes of the m25 so no heavy traffic issues and very easy to find Loads of free on street parking Room was huge , lovely big bed The owner Andy is fantastic and so friendly , always having the kettle on the boil ! Only very minor downside for some would be lack of ensuite ( there is one available and I'll book that next time ) Would I stay again , to be honest I wish the wife had come down with me and would've stayed there another 4 nights Can't recommend the place enough And its a bargain price for London !!! Thanks very much Andy

Positive: The hosts are incredibly welcoming - we visited for a concert at Tottenham stadium and the hosts had prepared guides to local buses and trains to be able to get to and from the event the most efficient way, which made our experience loads better! The room was clean and had everything we needed for a short stay.

Negative: Shared bathroom facilities won’t suit everybody - it worked fine for us aside from a bit of a queue for the showers in the morning with multiple guest rooms all booked, but didn’t impact the quality of our stay!

Summary: Like staying at a friends house!
