Positive: Lovely cottage well located in Luss. Used it to attend a wedding at lodge on loch Lomond which was only a 5 min walk away. Cottage was well equipped and would definitely book again. The host communicated well in the lead up to the stay and key collection and check out was very easy.
Negative: Nothing not to like. The cottage lived up to our expectations.

Positive: In the perfect location, comfy beds and well equipped for a family. Lovely bathroom, living and kitchen area, can imagine In summer could be amazing to stay!
Negative: The heating wasn’t activated for our stay meaning we entered a house of 13C It would be great also if the owner created a manual/welcome journal. We had no idea how to use the TV for example, or how to work certain things in the home. The Lounge had a fireplace too which we had no idea it was just for decor.

Positive: the cottage was absolutely gorgeous so peaceful my hubby turned 60 on the Saturday we went to luss on the Sunday for 2 nights just what we needed we both time to chill.
Negative: it's more me than the beds I didn't fit very comfortable but I'm so fussy when it comes to bed maybe just getting on a we bit lol but the cottage was stunning

Positive: Lovely cottage. Very well maintained and comfortable. Fantastic location. Highly recommended. Would love to come back in future.
Negative: The only thing I would like to see improved is the TV as the range of channels was very limited due to a poor signal. No BBC for example. However, watching TV while there is hardly the reason for visiting! :-)

Positive: We could walk everywhere from the Cottage. To have our own spacious off road parking space in Luss is a real bonus for off loading luggage etc. It is a very peaceful cottage - no road noise at all. We didn't cook in the property but it seemed to have everything you could possibly need. We would definitely stay here again.
Negative: I was desperate to watch a particular programme on BBC one evening but there were few TV channels on the TV. But it didn't spoil our trip away, just something to note.

Positive: Location was excellent and the cottage was very clean and comfortable. Lots of hot water and particularly lovely bathroom. Within 2 minutes walk of a shop a nice pub and the Loch.
Negative: There was nothing we didn’t like. It would have been helpful to have a few more serving bowls and a salad bowl. Also a bread knife. Also some coasters and heated mats to protect the furniture.
Summary: Excellent short stay in Loch Lomond. Perfect spot for exploring the area.

Positive: Was so beautiful inside and out! Felt super homey and comfy for the family. Lots of utensils/pots in the kitchen if you want to cook and bathroom was nice and modern!

Negative: Looking for BASIC this is your property. Needs maintenance work through property, bath plug mechanism broke while we there. Sheets so wrinkled sloppy. 2nd bedroom room a very small double and a dip on one side. Cupboards bear utensils missing. No welcome pack to make you feel special and welcoming. cleaning needed found wrappers and chunks of dust. camera in garden. This was a disappointing property with no warmth, From owner.

Positive: Location was fab and facilities inside the cottage are great. Nice and spacious.
Negative: Unfortunately the beds were very hard and small. The master bedroom has more than enough space for a kingsize ( for taller people like us) It's a shame as we didn't sleep very good both nights due to this. Felt a little rushed to leave as the owner messaged us twice during our 2 night stay to say cleaners were booked for 10am on check out. Even though we said of course we would be checking out in good time, which was advertised as 10am, felt a little abrupt, so we left early just to make sure.
