Positive: Kitchen facilities were better than expected, with more plates, bowls and cutlery. Space to hang dresses.

Negative: Main door had been replaced and key did not work easily because the door didn't sit properly inside the door frame. This also made the door difficult to close without slamming.

Summary: Polite staff, and willing to help with difficult door but disappointed to have the door problem.
