Positive: We felt like at home. Very quiet area and amazingly close to uncrowded beach.
Negative: Only flaw was bad wifi and poor cable connection, couldn't watch tv in the evening .

Positive: Location was nice, far enough to not be in the middle of everything but still choose enough to do everything and get there quickly. House was roomy. Close to beach. Pet friendly!
Negative: All buildings around us were under construction and half the parking lot was closed for the construction vehicles. Beds weren't the comfiest but still fine.
