Summary: The property manager provided detailed information from our arrival at the train station to entering the apartment. The bachelor apartment was spacious enough for a couple for two nights but no more. The kitchen was too small to make meals and the bottom of the pots and pans were burned and dirty. The unit could be quite nice with some work. Overall it’s not worth the price.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay in Lucerne. There were a couple of hiccups during our stay, but each time the property manager worked immediately to resolve it. We would recommend this apartment to someone who wants more space than a hotel room and a small kitchen, but still easy walking access to the center of Lucerne.
