Summary: The staff was pleasant and helpful. The room was definitely "budget." There was a moldy smell in the room that the window air conditioner could not remove. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was passable but could use an upgrade. There was more than adequate parking as there were only a couple of other cars in the parking lot.

Summary: The property is older, but the spacious room was unexpected. It had 2 queen beds, a table and 2 chairs, plus 2 comfy chairs for watching TV, and a dresser. It appeared a lot of construction workers stay here. It was quiet and I’ve never ran across a more friendly and helpful management staff in all my travels. The beds were comfy and the linens clean. The tub could have been cleaner and the place needed a total update, but I realize this young couple are probably doing all they can with what they have. I wouldn’t be opposed to staying here again.

Summary: Good property, fair pricing. Spacious room! While not the most updated and the bathroom is small, everything was clean, appeared freshly painted. Nothing in disrepair. Great value. It is not top of the line and pricing reflects such but the more modern hotels are very overpriced so I loved that there was this option!

Summary: The staff was very friendly and helpful. We didn't know that parking meters were still used in sue St. Marie the person in the office helped out by changing a five dollar bill for all quarters. The room was small but clean when we got there. Then I saw the sign on the desk. For the guest safety and security the housekeeping team will not be cleaning the room. We didn't have a problem with that. The thing is next to that was an the envelope asking for a tip for them. Tips are for going above and beyond. They didn't do anything.

Summary: The staff was great and overall in general, the place was nice. Our room smelled very heavily of smoke which we’re not smokers, the air conditioner filter was caked with I don’t know dust, and the carpet felt damp and had a lot of stains. All that being said, I feel those are easy fixes and the customer service was great. It was also great to be able to get a coffee to go in the morning.
