Positive: The staff were wonderful. Very helpful, and the room and facilities were spotless. The price was excellent and the location is fun.
Negative: There was a drip coming from the tub that didn't stop and the plug didn't work so I wasn't able to take a bath.
Summary: If you want to stay somewhere clean and cheap with great staff, this is your spot!

Positive: Quiet, cozy. It's on last chance gulch, you can hear the Cathedral bells ring(brings heavan into the heart) plus the view is beautiful. A park near by, plus walking in this area is safe, relaxing & lots happening. The office staff is coo 😉 Real coo 😉 she is solid ☆Also, my dog lounges like the hound in love when we stay. He loves budget Inn ☺ ♥ The cleaning people are magnificent. Very accommodating, good people!! Did I say it was quiet!! Love the ✌

Positive: Great location. So close to a really nice 'pedestrian only' area/mall with good restaurants and a really nice atmosphere. Hotel itself was clean and safe, with a well-lit parking area. Great value for the cost.

Positive: Location was perfect for my trip. I was a grand marshal for the 100th anniversary of their Vigilante Day Parade. The parade start was almost directly across the street.
Negative: The property was run down and had vagrants roaming around it, as there’s a homeless shelter across the street. But they didn’t bother me. I could hear people yelling at each other in other rooms in the middle of the night. Disappointingly, I paid $110 a night on Booking.com. I didn’t want to pay $250 a night down the street at the Doubletree. I was upset to discover that if I had booked directly with the hotel the cost would have been $63 a night. I paid a lot more by using Booking.com.

Positive: The motel is a couple of blocks from the retail and eatery area - but an easy walk. Parking right outside the room is nice. It was relatively quiet and I slept well.
Negative: Note that Helena's homeless community are resident in the neighborhood which might seem concerning at first glance. But it is actually reassuring to have locals with an eye on the area, which is a deterrent to mischief.
