Summary: The room was clean, the beds were comfortable and the proprietor was very nice. The motel is very OLD and in need of updates desperately. I can't remember the last time I stayed in a hotel/motel and was handed an actual room key instead of an electronic card. The door lock was a single deadbolt (barely), but there was no chain or secondary security device. We were in town for a graduation and only stayed one night, and the price was reasonable.

Summary: Simple hotel/motel not far from the VT Campus. It's a bit dated but at least it's clean. The manager was friendly and accommodating to my request for non-smoking room. It's definitely a no frills place but the rooms have nice size refrigerators and microwave ovens.
