Summary: Nice and upgraded. Remodeled in 2020 including a nice new fitness area. I would definitely stay again.

Summary: This was a quick stop in the midst of a long drive, so we really just needed a place to sleep. Front desk staff were very pleasant and efficient. The room was spacious and very clean. The hotel was quiet.

Summary: Great stay…last minute decision but walked in and was greeted with smiles and friendliness even at 11:00pm. The front desk person even heard my son mention he forgot his tooth brush and said “I can take care of that…need toothpaste too?…” property was well maintained and breakfast the next morning was well prepared and one of the cleanest self serve stations I have ever seen. Well laid out with plenty of places to sit as well. All in all I am impressed and glad we choose to stay here…and I’d do it again in a heartbeat.

Summary: Staff was friendly and was excellent. Would have given 5 stars if not for pool being closed until Memorial Day and shower head being the worst I've experienced. Bed and pillows were comfrontable. Heat/AC worked great. Complementary food was excellent as well. great location to dining. Would stay again.

Summary: Possibly the best hotel in Blacksburg/Christiansburg I’ve stayed at in terms of service and cleanliness. Rates were ridiculous for grad weekend but they went out of their way to set up activities, snacks, etc and ensure everything was exceeding expectations.

Summary: From the moment I approached the front desk, I was greeted by a friendly smiling clerk! She very efficiently checked me in, gave me my room key and a bottle of water with a cookie! The entire hotel was very clean, staff greeted me everywhere, my room was immaculate and comfortable. Checkout was a breeze. My cell phone needed to be recharged and the lady at the front desk offered me a box of leftover chargers and cords to choose from. Found what I needed, charged it up and was on my way! Best experience I've had in years of travel!

Summary: Perfectly located to break up our journey from Philly to NC. The location provides plenty of access to multiple eateries and shopping. The hotel itself is well maintained and the staff we interacted with were all wonderful. We were pleased with the price and the hotel breakfast suited us just fine, another big cost cutter

Summary: Good service , clean hotel but the sound proofing is lacking. Some guests were talking in an adjacent room until 2AM and it sounded like they were in our room.

Summary: It was a quick one night stay. The room was clean. I love the shower door. Although the towel hooks were far from the shower opening. The lobby is lovely with lots of seating.
