Fully furnished self contained 3BR apartment in Sydney Metro area.
Free unlimited WIFI (fast - 50Mbps).
42 inch LED TV with Netflix.
Clean linen and towels are provided.
Short stroll to pet friendly parks, shops, cafes, restaurants, internet cafe and train station. Easy 45 minute travel to CBD by train or car.
Please note that there are 2 separate 3 bedroom units at this property. This listing is for Unit 2 (the upstairs unit). The units each have their own outdoor BBQ are and the entrances are on opposite sides of the building.
The 2 double bedrooms have large mirrored built-in wardrobes and are very open and breezy and there is a 3rd bedroom with single bed.
The dining/lounge area is very large, bright and airy. It has a 42 inch TV with Netflix and a ceiling fan and airconditioner/heater.
The large kitchen is fully equipped with gas stove/oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, crockery and cutlery.
Outside (downstairs) you have your own BBQ and table setting for 6.
You get a carport parking space plus there is plenty of free car parking space on the street.
NOTE - There is a small timber balcony accessable from the lounge room which currently can't be used due to some broken decking panels which will be replaced soon.

Summary: Unit 1: downstairs was an ideal place to stay not far from ingleburn cbd and the train station is very handy. We went into Sydney a few times and made the most of our time here. Nice in tidy home. The house was cold so we had to leave heaters on to keep warm but then in saying that it was July. Spa was perfect after a big day walking around Sydney. Kids loved the free wifi Thank you Nick

Summary: Bed rooms: all were so good and nice. The lounge big enough for 7 adults and 3 children. And the kitchen really good we had all the utensils and cooking pan....we really liked everything. The laundry was very helpful mostly the dryer. And the front yard perfect. Our kids really enjoyed every single moment.
