Summary: Heat did not work in room. Was unaware until after returning from a holiday party. No staff at front desk after 10 pm and was unable to be assisted with this. Traveling with 2 small children and had to stay there with no heat, no help, due to this being the only hotel in town. Very disappointing.

Summary: We waited 45 minutes to check in. There was a sign at the desk be right back. When the young lady did arrive she was very friendly and helpful. No breakfast because they had no one working . No ice machine working. But the hotel was very peaceful, clean and very comfortable. Despite the wait time and short staff we will stay again

Summary: Staff was very friendly and the room was clean, though I would have liked to use the jacuzzi which needed major repair. Overall, good experience!

Summary: The customer service was very good but the ac was not working properly and my room didn’t cool off until after midnight on a very long hot day!
