2 bedrooms, each with queen size beds and air conditioning, Futon that folds down. Large bathroom with large walk in shower. Washer and dryer. Open kitchen/dining/living room. For those would rather cook then eat out, the kitchen comes equipped with gas range, fridge, microwave, pots, pans, dishes, utensils, cutlery. Dining table with 4 chairs Also has fold down futon and 2 chairs in living area.
Short walk to beach that is across road. Sit and relax on front covered patio or have a snooze on a hammock. Go up top to open flat roof patio area for a view of Caribbean Sea. Also view of open Savannah in back from atop roof. Quiet location close to resorts and restaurants, public beach and close to the village of Hopkins for groceries and other amenities.
Golf cart rentals available within walking distance. Car rentals available in village of Hopkins.

Summary: Except for the coffee pot everything was great. The house is well stocked with towels. Located across the street from beach but you can still see the ocean. Thanks for a wonderful time!!

Summary: Spacious, lovely home equipped with all the kitchen needs for cooking, towels, laundry facilities , 2 bikes, 2 queen beds that were comfy, A/C in bedrooms only, fans every where else. we enjoyed the 2 large decks with one covered for.shade. Was quieter here than in Hopkins village. Restaurants within walking distance. Walk across and down the road a block to the beach access. Beaches are sandy, long and beautiful here. Owner was very responsive and property manager accommodating and friendly. We had a vehicle.to get around the larger area. Overall we.loved staying here.

Summary: Joli-Me Villa is a nice 2 bedroom house located in wonderful little fishing village of Hopkins Belize convient to town and across the street from the caribbean ocean. We enjoyed our stay house location it was clean and local property manager stopped by to assure evereything is OK and checked if we needed anything. Hopkins is a great vacation spot if you looking for a laidback vacation at a beautiful rustic caribbean village on the Ocean. Great food and georgous beaches, highly recommended.

Summary: This house is in a great location between the village and resorts on one side and the marina and ex-pat hangout on the other. We were there for a month and we did encounter some issues with losing the Internet and other smaller things, but the property manager was so excellent and attentive. He fixed everything and Grant was in close communication whenever needed.

Summary: Property and house are well looked after and located nicely just out of town. There are a few restaurants with in walking distance or you can take a short drive into town and find lots of shopping and eating options. Beach access is a bit of a walk down to Big dock where there’s public access but it’s totally doable. The view from both the front deck and the top deck remind you of why you came here.

Summary: The house itself has a few problems. The door to the porch has key issues and is constantly locking itself - happened while most of us were outside so lucky we had someone inside that could get it open! The biggest problem is it's listed as sleeping six but it has two double beds and a fold out couch. This does not sleep six . We ended up leaving half our party there and then renting a hotel room in Hopkins. Not impressed.

Summary: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the property. The patio is a huge plus. I work remotely and the patio was my preferred room. Open to the jungle, the savannah and the ocean yet protected from sun and rain. We also enjoyed walks on the roof deck. The location of property across street from an open lot allowed unrestricted views of the ocean. We loved “people watching” the folks traveling down the road. BBQ grill on patio was used many times since we enjoy cooking outdoors.

Summary: Renting process went very well. House was clean and roomy. Close to restaurants and bars. No problem getting to beach. Beds were very comfortable. Nice property.
