Positive: Had nice neighbours and quite area.
Negative: When we arrived 14:45- they were still cleaning. I tried to explain that I asked for an earlier check in but the lady said they never do that as they only start to clean in the afternoon, despite me trying to explain that I had an e-mail in regards with my early check in. Despite having the bungalow cleaned there was a terribile smell in the sofa and in the carpet( I can only think that someone had dogs there previously or whoever rented it before didn’t wash, which I would not really think this would be the case) To be able to sit on the sofa we had to put the Towers provided. The bedding was overly used. You could tell there was old bedding. In the rooms, when entered were spiders in the corners of the rooms. When we hoovered, the air that came out of that hoover was awful. In the email it says not to leave anything ( food) but in the cupboards we found porridge, cans of food etc. The chairs outside were all rusty and the table was not clean. The water at the shower was either too hot or hot-ish, did not have an option of having just warm or cold water. It’s a nice bungalow and we had very nice and helpful neighbours.
Summary: On booking the rating for the bungalow was over 9 but this is definitely not a 9/10 but I would better say a 7.

Positive: Perfect size chalet for our short stay. Near to the sea and Lowestoft. Really comfortable beds. Powerful shower. Very clean.
Negative: No welcome pack with information about the chalet and equipment, and the site itself. Missing a few useful kitchen items - chopping board, serving spoons. Main fridge wasn't working properly (not cold), but another one to use, but nothing to tell us this.

Positive: Wonderful bungalow,clean modern and perfect for my needs .Very comfortable bed which isn't always the case with some places.Would absolutely recommend it and will hopefully return myself at some point.
