Positive: The location is excellent. Parking was easy and plentiful. The area was nice and quiet. The pool was lovely. If wed had more time at the bungalow we wiyld have used the bbq there it looked brand new. The bungalow was clean. It was very comfortable and we were happy to find beach equipment in the laundry room and in the pool.
Negative: There wasn't a full length mirror. A wifi qr code picture frame would have been a good idea. The sofa bed in the living room only had a fitted sheet and a top sheet so could have done with something a bit thicker. For a full kitchen it could have had some more utensils, pots and pans. On the second night upstairs has a 3 year old running around and the sound travelled throughout our bungalow and was very loud.

Positive: We loved the location of the facility's and how much room that it had. They supplied everything that you needed to enjoy a week at the beach, from beach chairs, umbrellas, towels and pots and pans. Highly recommend this place and would absolutely rent it again.
Negative: Our only problem was that it was not clear that there was a second building behind us that shared the pool. I knew that the unit above us did. I was startled when I saw two random ladies swimming in the pool, because it was never stated anywhere about a second building using the pool. It made for an uncomfortable situation, until we resolved it. I really think that should be know. I would still have rented the unit, but hated not knowing and having to figure it out on my own.
Summary: It was a great location and they had everything you needed to enjoy a week at the beach

Positive: My family and I love Anna Maria Island not just for its beautiful beaches, but also for the overall atmosphere. It’s incredibly family-friendly—definitely not the wild Spring Break party scene you find in some beach towns. Instead, AMI offers a much more relaxed, laid-back vibe that’s perfect for unwinding. That said, if you're in the mood for a drink or a fun evening out, there are still a few great spots to check out. One of our favorites is The Kokonut Hut. It has a great atmosphere where you can grab a drink at the bar or sit down for a full meal. They even have seating right on the beach, so you can enjoy your food with your toes in the sand and a gorgeous view of the water.
Negative: Honestly, there wasn’t much I didn’t like. If I had to mention one thing, it would be that I wish the pool had an umbrella for some shade. On some days, we waited until around 4 p.m. to get in because the UV index was so high—I was trying to avoid sunburns for the kids (though it happened anyway… they just couldn’t get enough water time!). That said, the bungalow was really well-equipped. It came with beach chairs, pool floats, and even a beach umbrella, which definitely came in handy. Oh! And it came with some extra bedding for the pull out sofa. I would still recommend bringing a pillow and blanket.
Summary: Our stay on AMI was the perfect mix of relaxation, family-friendly fun, and beachside charm.

Positive: Great location. Interior was clean and updated. The pool was perfect and it was nice to have some beach chairs and floats on hand.
Negative: Ceilings are low. Husband is 6’5 and kept hitting head in door way to bed and bath. An extra afghan or blanket would be helpful.
Summary: We loved this place and would stay again and again!

Positive: Very good value! So close to everything and only a quick walk to the ocean too! Pool was nice. Staff was quick to fix a minor concern and very friendly.

Positive: The neighborhood is very quiet. Some of the outdoor pool furniture is broken. King bed needs to be on a better frame. There is a smell of sewage in the bungalow when guests in the upstairs unit flush a toilet or have a shower. NOTE: AMI as a whole is not automobile friendly. Most of the shops and restaurants have very limited parking or no parking at all. There is a very high volume of traffic on Gulf Drive - work trucks, vans, trucks with trailers, landscapers, and construction crews are everywhere!
