Summary: We have first visited this outstanding place back in 2016 as a couple, and this year we went back together with our son :)! It is way more beautiful than the pictures can capture it! It has luxury, privacy, comfort, convenience and security. And the best of all are the host, Yung and Bernard who are welcoming, kind, and hospitable! This is the only holiday place we have been twice and it will not be the last! :) S,F&A

Summary: The hosts were extremely welcoming and kind. The bungalow was at the top of the garden up some steep steps. I don't think you would manage if you had poor mobility. The bungalow was well equipped for making small meals although no oven to bake. We had some trouble with insects (centipedes) but think that they came inside due to bad weather. They didn't bother us. Sadly it rained quite a lot in our week so we did not use the pool, however it looked absolutely great and very clean. The location was good however we would prefer to be able to walk to local shops and restaurants but you don't know exactly the address until you book. Thank you Bernard and Yung for an enjoyable stay.

Summary: The photos do not do justice to the stunning views this property affords. Bernard and Yung were wonderful hosts who helped with all of our questions and made check-in easy. The guest house was spotlessly clean and the kitchenette had enough equipment for us to make the occasional meal although there are many great restaurants nearby. We would stay again if the chance arises.

Summary: This property is truly a gem. It's tucked away on a cliff over looking the beautiful French Riviera. The bungalow is the perfect size and has a clear view of the ocean. After our adventures site seeing we would be excited to come back to the place and enjoy the view or infinity pool. Bernard is very welcoming and will give you great suggestions of where to eat and what to do. This place is only a 10 minute drive to the center of Nice, Eze Village, 20 minutes from Monaco and about 35 minutes to Cannes. It's literally in the perfect location. We couldn't be happier with our stay and when we do return to the South of France we will definitely be staying again. Thanks for everything Bernard!!!

Summary: Fantastic little holiday cabin with amazing views and privacy. Really cleverly laid out little cabin with beautiful vaulted ceiling. Lovely infinity pool with amazing panoramic views. Bernard and Yung were great hosts too. Would definitely return.

Summary: We spent a beautiful week in the 'bungalow' property which shares a pool with a slightly larger (sleeps 3) villa on the same site. The bungalow is very private and has beautiful views of the Mediterranean directly from your bed! Be aware that the property is located high on the hillside, and is a five minute or so drive from Eze Bord-de-mer up a very steep and windy single-track road. This is the only aspect that detracts from the property, particularly since there are no shops/bakeries/restaurants within easy walking distance so you do need to drive everywhere. Would advise renting a small vehicle to negotiate the roads and the driveway.

Summary: We had a fantastic 6 days in Eze, it was really simple and straightforward from booking to arrival to checking out. It’s a beautiful area and the accommodation was perfect for us, good to be able to chill in the pool and perfectly situated for adventures out. Beaulieu and Villefranche are 2 neighbouring towns which have great restaurants. Monaco and Nice are a 15 minute drive either way and a bit further out is Cannes. The train lines are a really good way to get about the Riviera if you don’t have a car. We would definitely return to the property and the area again! Would highly recommend!
