Positive: li liked the layout foe the property and a really cool idea with the structure of the house.
Negative: time of year we went the bugs are pretty bad and the a/c is just enough to keep it cool. door barely closes and was a concern with my child being there. still a good time though.
Summary: it fits the description of being a "bunk house" and it felt very rustic and homey. good stay.

Positive: It was a beautiful place and very nice property. I loved the canoes. The inside was nicely decorated. We loved it so much that we will be back again!!! It was so nice to have a campfire pit and 2 grills to use. The beds were also comfortable. Slept like a baby!! They had plates, utensils, skillet and coffe pot to use. Nice big TV!
Negative: I was hard to find the property but the host helped us get there. You have to push the door in while you unlocked it. The door did not close all the way unless you locked it. The hot water was not working (the bathroom smelled of gas bad!) but the host came the next day to fix it. That was really nice of them. There was roaches around the fridge. I know it's hot in FL but maybe a bigger window unit or 2 units would be great.

Positive: The cabin was absolutely wonderful. We were able to get into the cabin easily. It was a very quiet and peaceful area. I will definitely recommend this to friends headed to WEC or HITS.
Negative: The front door needs to be worked on so the door closes easier. Written directions were easier to follow after GPS took me to the wrong place. However, I was coming from Williston, and the post office was not easily seen/I didn't know it was a post office, and the black train engine wasn't seen in the dark.
Summary: Absolutly do not follow your gps to find this hidden gem not to far from HITS and WEC.
