Positive: Surprisingly they have room (apartment) service, we booked around a week there, and I believe three or four times we came back from our tours, and figuring out that we have new towels, toilet facilities, even they were folding my thrown clothes!
Negative: Communication was an obstacle, like they were sending us the room service randomly instead of communicating with us to check for our preferences. Also something that bothered us was that we weren’t allowed to invite outsiders (my sister and her husband), even for a glass of tea, but after they came already, with a negotiation with the manager, he allowed it once, with a time restriction. We had a problem with the location also when we were to arrive, they have like a second building, couple of streets of the original.
