Tastefully renovated house with lounge and dining bi-fold doors opening onto a split level deck with a sunny north facing aspect and attractive views of the local golf course, Mount Maunganui and through the harbour entrance.
Great place to relax and have a nice meal under the shade of the roof or kick back on the sun loungers with a refreshing drink.
Good size private yard with parking tucked down shared driveway.
Plenty of mod cons like Freeview and DVD player including a movie library, Fibre internet, Ceiling fans, Heat-pumps and Air-conditioning, HRV system which will all help you keep comfortable.
Turn the "in deck floor lights" on and enjoy a BBQ evening on the deck or snuggle up on the sofas and relax reading the paper and watching some movies.
Take a stroll to the harbour beach and kids play area or just down the street to the local shops for some fish and chips and an ice cream, beauty treatment, groceries, one of the great local cafe’s and restaurants for a drink and meal.

Summary: This property was wonderful! Everything was clean, well maintained and the space and gardens were so beautiful. A wonderful space to come and relax after a day of exploring Tauranga and the Mount! Very easy to access all parts of the area and we didn't have any problems with traffic during our stay. Marcus was very welcoming and quick to respond and explained everything about the property very well. We will be recommending this property to our friends and family.

Summary: We had stayed in this house before so was familiar with all the facilities. Loved our experience and the view was to die for. Parking for our 3 cars. The supermarket was just down the road. A couple of cafes in the vicinity.

Summary: This is our second time staying here. We definitely enjoyed it. Great to have a Christmas tree provided. Also a good view of New Year’s fireworks. It’s great to have somewhere we can bring our dog to stay too. Great location - close to supermarket and inner harbour beach.

Summary: We loved this house! It was exactly what we needed, centrally located, spacious, well equipped kitchen and just a beautiful space with beautiful views. I highly recommend this property and I would stay here again if the opportunity to return to Tauranga arose again.

Summary: This beautifully decorated and well appointed home is a gem ♥ Everything we needed was supplied and so much more. Felt at home from the moment we stepped through the front door. Very comfortable beds & furnishings, spotless facilities, spectacular views from the deck, lovely gardens, close to shops & a great little cafe 2 mins walk up the road. A perfect place to relax and recharge ones batteries. Marcus was the perfect host and replied promptly to any questions I asked of him. Highly recommend this lovely home away from home and look forward to returning one day soon :)
