Summary: My husband, son and I stayed at the Butterfield Bungalow July 11-14. First of all, the communication was SEAMLESS!!! Fast, very friendly and kind responses! The decor was so cute and eclectic, the living room was cozy with a comfy couch and large tv, the kitchen was beautiful and well stocked, a pretty dining area with a large table and chairs, one bedroom with 2 twin beds and the master bedroom with a queen bed---perfect! The bathroom was darling and clean! My teenage son took over the finished basement that had a large tv, old school arcade video games and another comfy couch! It was SO hot and muggy there (like, 100') but the air conditioner in the home was AHMAZING!! (This lady was very happy!! lol) There were also box fans to use in both bedroom closets which we thankfully didn't need, but we did use them for white noise when we went to bed. (It's the little touches that are thought of that can make for such a relaxing, wonderful trip!) There are also lots of shops, restaurants and grocery stores right down the street! There is a breakfast/brunch place a few miles away called YOLK. Highly recommend!!!! Lastly, the bungalow was extremely clean!! That is always #1 on my list of importance. We have walked into VRBO rentals that weren't cleaned properly and it can ruin your trip. No one wants to clean someone else's dirt and nastiness. Especially when you are on vacation and paying for your stay and a cleaning fee. We look forward to coming back! Thank you so much! : )

Summary: One of our best VRBO stays! We walked right in at instantly felt at home. It reminded me of my childhood house and that nostalgia was very comforting. My sons loved the basement area and video games. The backyard was a great place to make a fire and relax. Clean, well appointed, I would definitely stay there again when we visit the area.
