Summary: Property was clean and modern. They supplied kcups, creamer, and bottled water which was a nice touch. Neighborhood quiet and safe. Less than a 10 minute drive to the Rouff Music Center makes it a nice location. Very enjoyable experience.

Summary: Picked this spot as it was relatively close to the Ruoff center. Nice clean place in a very nice neighborhood. Hosts were very helpful. Will look to book again when going to more concerts!

Summary: We really enjoyed our stay. This is so close to the Ruoff Center That it was cheaper to Uber to and from the concert than to pay high parking fees and fight the traffic. Well worth it. Well, equipped, small apartment and clean!
