Summary: The staff were lovely. It was very nice that there’s a separate adults only/quiet swimming pool. Only issue was the roaches came out when the lights went out. They need more frequent pest control.

Summary: The restaurant was ok. Breakfast was mediocre, and dinner was fine. The staff were very nice and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable.

Summary: It was more than enough for what we needed. The staff were very helpful. The bed was comfortable. The room was clean. It’s in a great location. There is an elevator which is fantastic. The only issue I found was the lack of shelves in the shower for toiletries - there is only one tiny shelf to hold your stuff. Overall, I’d recommend butterfly beach hotel!

Summary: As our flight was delayed 6 hours, we didn’t arrive until 10 p.m. and everything was closed at the hotel. Departed at noon the next day, but did manage to walk around the property and checked out beach area which was limited, thus we would likely choose another location next time as we like longer beach walks. Room was very spacious and clean with large sliding doors and windows overlooking road vs waterfront, but was not a problem. Expensive for a short one night stay for what was offered.

Summary: Room was clean, the staff was friendly. Only downside was that the room was a ready a bit later than expected. The place is convenient and a short drive to different upscale restaurants.

Summary: no airport shuttle but Lea arranged a taxi and negotiated a price did not look for a gym! Staff were excellent, from Lea at reception to the great waiters and support staff. Very friendly and helpful. Cab from port is very expensive, $20 US pp. Lea said we were overcharged but you have limited choice at port
